Liar manager, scumbag owner.
Horrible. This is my story. So I work outside with my job and I really like the idea that this hotel had a hot tub and it was a good price so I paid for the hotel and I when I got there that night I was really exhausted and there was no hot water but I just figured I would take a shower in the morning because it was probably due to other tenants using all the hot water up. in the morning I went to use the hot water and there was nothing there so I rushed to work anyway and I came back after work and told the manager that I needed to get a new room because this has been going on from the night before. You told me he would fix it in just to wait, but I waited all night and eventually fell asleep. I woke up the next morning and went right to him this time telling him I wanted a refund for part of my state because there was no hot water, and he immediately gaslighted me to tell me that I didn’t ask him for a room with hot water or tell him it was a problem. This is the same guy who came into the room and tested the water and confirmed he would get me a new room! So, of course, I got upset. I raise my voice a little, but I didn’t ball my fist or threaten him or jump over the counter, and he immediately got so offended that I raise my voice for calling him out for lying, and I told him he’s a liar, right to his face because he was., that he said he would immediately trespassed me and I had to leave the property. He apologized after I complained even louder, then blacklisted me.

This is not a hotel for travelers. It is a residential hotel with permanent residents in most rooms. The condition of the rooms was dismal. Moldy shower, holes in walls, broken bathroom door. The guy at the front desk was very obviously stoned and spent the evening smoking cigarettes in front of the rooms.

Dirty! Roaches! Paint peeling, mouse poop, mold, super thin walls, black smudges all over the walls and doors, it smelled like an ashtray and mildew, bad customer service (the front desk lady was kind, just seemed inexperienced and her boss was the one running the show he was off putting to say the least). I would not recommend to anyone, it’s conveniently close to everything towards the pier thats the only upside.
