We were given a room with double beds while we had booked queen beds. Once in the room, the heating was not working.

The staff were ok but we first checked in with the front desk Henry and when we got to the room #1 the A/c and heater doesn’t work and the tv doesn’t work… went to the front desk to inform Henry and we got another room okay this time the A/C AND HEATER works but the tv DOESN’T we took a look at the remote and to top it off there was a battery missing like do they not check the rooms before they get booked? Apparently not… we told Henry again and it also looked like a cable was missing for the tv since it wasn’t working so Henry went to go try to find one but failed to come back… do not recommend this place!!!

This property is under construction during guest staying and the remodeled rooms are marginal at best.

Terrible. Cops came twice and things in the room didn’t work.

The area is closed to downtown, restaurants, bar.
You can go walking distance.
The issue I had was the TV control was not working. I notify the front desk and came to fixing that but the next day I had the same issue.
But overall it was a good experience

Property is under renovation and was not noted in thier description. Room are old and smell. Front desk does not answer thier phones. My wife and i checked out early because the room was not clean and smelled weird. Owners should have warned guuess that the property is under renovation and rooms are not clean.

Tv did not work. Hallway carpet was filthy.
