Paper thin walls and floors. I could hear people from outside talking as if they were in my room. I could hear every movement the people above me made as I was trying to fall asleep. The insulation is very poor and needs better sound proofing. My door key cards stopped working before 11 am checkout and I was locked out of my room. I had to call the hotel to get someone to come up and unlock the room for me. The pool area was out of towels so good thing I brought my own beach towels from home. Definitely not worth $450 a night!

It was just fine. The internet didn’t work and the rooms smelled like laundry detergent. We got a 2 room suite but one room didn’t have a door, just a curtain which was really weird.
