Spectacular Views!!

Everything was great!! We actually had a room booked in Cambria and when we went to check in we were not happy with what we saw so we took a loss and even though it was a busy “no vacancy” weekend managed to get a room in Cayucos at this hotel and we were ecstatic when we got here. Online check in and mobile key was super efficient! We stayed on the top “3rd” level and the room was pretty awesome and very comfortable and the views from the windows and balcony were fantastic!! My only complaints would be that the balconies were not private and we would have loved to keep our balcony door open to listen to the ocean through the night but being that it was open to anybody we didn’t feel safe leaving it open. Also the 2 large picture windows by the King size bed would have been amazing if they opened. The fireplace and record player with some great records to play were a definite BONUS!! Plus walking distance to everything!

Home away from home!

Property and suite was sooooo nice!!!!! Plus a complete kitchen with everything included. I cooked a turkey and all of the fixings all while watching waves crashing—pure bliss on Thanksgiving. It was a perfect trip to Cayucos. Weather was amazing too. Couldn’t of been any better.

Clean and dog friendly, with a lovely view!

We had a wonderful time staying at Pier View Suites. The location is perfect, right next the the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the dog friendly accommodations and fully stocked kitchen. The record player was also a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great with no contact check-in. Super clean facility! Loved our room...had the opportunity to meet Shelly and notify her of a maintenance issue on a facility door as we left for a brief walk. Open our return the maintenance issue had been resolved. Great customer/employee response with Shelly.

Family Fun

Jason was very friendly and helpful. We will be back . I will tell everyone I know it was very clean, nice bedrooms , bathrooms. Kitchen was perfect. They supplied everything. All we had to bring was our clothes and food. We were just across the street from the beach. It was perfect. Thank you jason and everyone else we had a great time.

So beautiful, great location

Room was so nice. A couple things, the jet button on the tub got stuck, I tried to open the dishwasher and the whole thing came out, my balcony was not as private as I would have liked. My neighbors could see me in bed if I had the door open. Also disappointed none of the windows opened

We enjoyed our stay here... until we were charged a smoking fee when we absolutely did not smoke in our room. We asked for picture evidence and they sent a picture of my gfs makeup smudged on the counter. As we absolutely know we didn't smoke in the room we can only assume this is some sort of scam. We were not given even slight chance to defend our ourselves as they had just made up their minds apparently and that was that. We will not return.

The view was perfect, clean. the layout was very nice, especially when you have small children. Very comfortable, quiet town, good eating places in walking distance. I would definitely recommend to friends and family Pier View Suites.

The room was large with two bedrooms and a nice living area. The best part was the balcony. Good view of the ocean and the pier. TVs did not work. One worked, one when you had it on cable only picture no sound. If it was on amazon or some other app you could get picture and sound. Third tv did not work. No picture or sound. If you like going to the beach. A room with the view it is great. Perhaps when you are at the beach you don’t need tv

Cutest place! So Romantic! Came for an Anniversary weekend and now may make staying here a tradition! The owners were so friendly and super nice, met us in person when I was having difficulty with the keyless check in! Will definitely recommend this cute beach town to friends for a romantic getaway!

What a let down , it’s marketed as luxury however it’s a low end property with old worn furniture, stained sofa , hair in the bath , cheap blinds which fell apart when. I closed them . Smelly room. It was so horrid we left within 5 mins as my child was upset . We only asked for our money to be returned as £600.00 stay in this run down place was a disgrace . Owner was disingenuous offered us a B and B for more money which looked even worse , his solution to help was to say ”Good luck finding somewhere “then hung up . He was as shabby as his property.
