Excellent value. View of Morro Rock from our room on 2nd floor. Super easy check in and check out. Very nice managers. Highly recommended for a budget stay!

Rude Owners/Management. Limited Parking with no other accommodations. We were accused of having pets because of a noise complaint which was the creaking floors that were close to collapsing. The mini fridge was noisy all night. We didnt have hot water and when we called they were short and hung up with no explanation or expectation. I waled to desk and when I asked about the hot water I was told to "calm down" which i was very calm. I will never stay here again. Jerks

the parking was terrible. we were told our room wasn't ready for check-in and when checking in, we were told after 8pm he could not help us anymore and out of luck. the doors are not child safe they open so easy.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was no hot water. We got up around 9 and the shower was barely Luke warm. Not my favorite way to start the day. Other than that the property was clean and really convenient walking distance from our event venue. Staff was very friendly and overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Good location but the bathtub was missing a spout. Wanted to take a bath after fishing all day. The shower had a low flow nossle so if I tried to fill the tub, the hot water would be cold by the time the tub was filled. The bathroom was very small. It was very difficult to understand the office personnel due to a heavy accent.

The room was great. The parking however was not. At check-in we had a spot but returning after our concert there were none. Red curbs up and down the street made it almost impossible to find a spot close to the property. They don’t check license plates a check-in so good luck if you get to your room later in the evening.

The rooms are dirty and everything is really old. Even the towels we got they were old and should be thrown away. The owner should spend money painting the walls or doing a deep cleaning of the rooms.

Very old motel. Bed was awful, a thin mattress literally on a metal box instead of a box spring / base. Bonged like a drum whenever one moved at night. Very tight parking. Room was clean. Fan in bathroom was very loud. Lady in office was not friendly. It was acceptable but would not book again.

They could invest in some nicer bed linens that are not scratchy and old, it was clean but the decor was very outdated for the price. The rooms are small. The mattress was tolerable, but again either old or cheaper quality. Not much insulation in walls, it was noisy with kids running up/downstairs. Good question would be what were the parents doing? Nothing This property would have more appeal with some much needed upgrades for interior decor/fresh paint, etc.

This is my go to place to stay when visiting MB. I have pretty bad OCD with cleanliness being the most important. This place is ALWAYS super clean, the staff is so friendly that i came through at 4am once and they helped me find a spot to park and everything. Would 10/10 recommend!

The view of the rock is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you have a disability make sure you let them know ahead of time so you get a ground room there are only a few rooms. Close to restaurants and shops. The Friendly Fisherman has great food next door!
