Harbor House Inn is conveniently located for sight-seeing and taking in the natural surroundings. We had a great view of the rock and enjoyed watching a family of nesting seagulls on the roof of a nearby building.

This place couldn't be better situated. On a main street within walking distance of the water, restaurants, shops and more. On arriving, the person at the front desk was so kind and friendly. We had arrived after a 7 hour drive. She gave us a view room 10 minutes before the actual check-in started. You can hear the ocean at night with a sliding door to a cute little balcony. Very nice. We would definitely return.

Harbor House was fine for a single night, very centrally located to both downtown Morro Bay and the touristy wharf area down the hill. View of Morro Rock from the property, as from most places aroung here. There are restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, antique stores & other cool stops all within a few blocks, VERY walkable location. We were charged a nightly pet fee, which I always feel is kind of a rip-off, but so be it.
