Stayed at this property for 3 nights beginning of September. Stayed on 2nd floor. Room and bathroom were clean. Fridge and microwave in the room were a plus. Plenty of parking. Good water pressure in shower. Fan is loud in bathroom and ac could use some dusting but that's just being nitpicky. Would stay here again.

We’ve stayed here twice now, the area is beautiful and very dog friendly. Lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops walking distance. The water and morro rock is just a few minutes walk. We will be back.
