I’ve always liked Hampton Inns. This one in San Luis Obispo featured large, comfortable rooms. Very quiet, customer service is hard to come by these days, but the staff were fine. Good restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

The location is right next to highway but I didn’t hear any noise. Target, Costco and other stores are near by. It takes about 10 min to down town. We stayed for the college event so it was super expensive but other than that it was a good stay.

Very convenient location. The rooms were clean and the bed cozy. Probably could use a bit of updating but nothing uncomfortable. I was surprised by the additional charges at check in. Expedia should have noted that on their site.
