We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, Krueg coffee maker and you get free fresh baked cinnamon rolls every morning. Great location.

This was the best place I’d stayed in Morro Bay. The property was clean and there are lots of options for food and shopping not to mention it was very quiet. The rooms were small, but just the right size and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating sweet and nice. I brought my dog with me and they just donated all over her so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in Morro Bay.

Our room was cozy and clean. It’s an older place but the location was perfect. We had coffee makers in the room and the maid helped with extra coffee. The only problem was the TV was only streaming and it didn’t work or connect to WiFi most of the time.

Cute small hotel in a great location to walk everywhere. We got a bay view room with a view of the rock from our window. The room is small but had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in a common room with the ice machine. We enjoyed the outdoor seating spaces. “Breakfast” was a room temperature cinnamon roll from the restaurant in front of the hotel but it was good and very large. I was wishing I brought coffee creamer with me for the in room Kuerig

I was traveling solo and was recommended this hotel. I could not have been happier! It was simple yet colorful a bit quirky and warm and friendly. My room was very clean and the double bed was plenty for me. I was grateful for the coffee machine in the room to be able to start my morning slowly before heading out for a walk. The location is ideal. The café next door was an equally wonderful experience. And the Inn gifts you with a free cinnamon roll from the café that was a treat. I will definitely come back!

Room clean and bed comfortable! Room very tiny, one small suitcase fit! Small refrigerator in room! Cinnamon rolls provided at cafe attached to hotel and they were very tasty! Coffee pods in room were good! TV did not recognize a server so not able to watch! Loved being able to walk along waterfront and ate local dinner! Lots of sea lions and otters in water!

Always stay here when I need a room in Morro Bay. It's an older establishment, tv is small, remote doesn't always work, but fantastic location to do outdoor activities. Easy in and out, never had an issue.
