We stay here every year and have been very pleased. This year it was a little warmer than normal but we used the air conditioner in our room and it was very comfortable. If you are looking for a nice clean quiet place to stay, this is the place and its so close to shopping and restaurants which is very convenient.

I had a wonderful 3 day stay at Bay View Inn. Excellent location, walking distance to many of the great beautiful natural areas of Morro Bay, lovely shops, and excellent restaurants. The room was very clean and set up well, including a mini refrig, micro, and coffee pot. There is an ice machine on site. There are two nice little deck areas overlooking the famous rock, great for relaxing, having breakfast, snacks, or star gazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Paul receptionist and seemingly general manager was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would gladly return for another stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bay View Inn. The location is excellent. Only two blocks from the Embarcadero, this Inn was quiet except for being awakened by sea lions. There is no elevator, but it was worth it to stay upstairs for the view, although public patios on both floors had great views and a chance to meet other guests. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean. I recommend this Inn highly.
