Motel is in a great location, two blocks from the Embarcadero. It is on a steep hill going down to Embarcadero, so if you have difficulty walking or handicapped it may be very hard walk. Very quiet. Staff was welcoming. Room was ok, nothing special. Shower was extremely small. Toilet needs to be fastened down, every time we used it, it would hit the wall, as if it was going to fall apart. Pizza Port within walking distance was very good.

Lovely clean room, great size! Bathroom appeared to have recently been updated, hot shower and lovely fluffy towels! The beds were super comfy! Location was great! Only downside they didn't offer breakfast, but that really wasn't a big issue! We only stayed one night, but would happily stay for multiple nights, if back in the area!

Loved this place and would definitely want to stay again. It's walking distance to the waterfront where there's shops and restaurants. And walking distance from the rock and the beach if you don't mind a little stroll (less than a mile away). The property is clean and not outdated, parking is easy and convenient, the room is spacious and the staff is friendly.

The location was very good and just couple of mins walk to the morrobay deck. Room was clean, spacious, excellent bay view from the window. Only concern was, the mini fridge was not working and the coffee maker was not clean. I dint complain about that to the staff as I dint really use them. I definitely recommend this place.

We stay here every year and have been very pleased. This year it was a little warmer than normal but we used the air conditioner in our room and it was very comfortable. If you are looking for a nice clean quiet place to stay, this is the place and its so close to shopping and restaurants which is very convenient.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable bed. The only "bad" observation is the limited parking, we got lucky because a guest was leaving at the moment we arrived. Very close to harbor area and it has a view of the morro rock. If you plan to check in late, call them. My husband and I forgot to do it and almost lost the room. After 10:30pm there is no help in the front desk.
