I love the fireplace inside the room. Our jacuzzi never got hot unfortunately

Comfy room with good customer service. Tight area to park and a lot of traffic.

Very quiet, but they do have a resort fee without any resort amenities, the sports clubs is not included in the resort fee.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are in a HOA area. Our facilities fee helps to cover HOA costs, our gourmet coffee, the wifi for guest use, and our bike rentals.

Receptionists were not friendly. Everything had a separate charge. Location was really great and my kids had a good time.

Unpleasant experience and stay.
The resort/ parking fee of $60,00 was unreasonable. It did not include pool access.
And the parking was unsecure and uncovered.

We do understand how fees can be unwelcoming. With our location we do happen to fall in an HOA so our facilities fee helps to cover HOA fees as well as the gourmet coffee, wifi for guests, and bicycles for guest use. We do appreciate getting any feedback from guests.
