They will let you use beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and beach toys, so you don’t need to bring anything from your home. The beach is right in front of the hotel, super easy walk. Complimentary breakfast is convenient too. Only one negativity is in this district is that there is not so many restaurant choices. So we drove Pismo beach to eat.

This hotel was so cute and in the perfect location. The room was super clean and so spacious with a perfect view of the ocean. The room and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well manicured, the staff at the front desk was super cool and helped me with using pre paid cards for the payment. The housekeepers and groundskeeper were super nice and were very helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was very nice, easy access to the beach, shops and fine dining. The pool was very clean and heated, they also had a hot tub. Avila Beach is a great place for home base to access Pismo Beach, Cambria, Hearst Castle and San Luis Obispo. Bob Jones trail is a great walk or bike trail, just another bonus for the area.

Staff was friendly, and checkin was smooth. The room was pretty clean. There was splatters that look like blood on the patio. Also the thermostat we set at 68 and during the night the heater stayed on until the room was 80 degrees. We had to keep the door open to be comfortable.
