For the price, I was very impressed by the friendly service at the front desk, clean room with extra amenities like ear plugs, and decorative extras in the room that made it really cozy. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We stayed to be close to the Pismo beach golf club (10 minutes away) to play first thing in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and then a great golf morning. I highly recommend this place as a clean, nice place to stay for a great price!

Simple room. The rooms were very clean, with wood laminate flooring. For an older motel, it was maintained well and looks like the rooms were recently remodeled. We were only three blocks from the beach! I would definitely stay there again.

Great room, excellent location near local dining, and fantastic service. The A/C was a bit finicky and needed frequent adjusting to keep cool. My main issue was a lack of Wi-Fi in Room 212, which made working from the room impossible. However, the staff saved the day by setting me up in another room for a few hours so I could get my work done. Top-notch service, but the Wi-Fi dead zone needs fixing.

Rooms and parking were accessible!!! Shops were more than close. If you stay here stop at lil’bites cafe!!! We were 8 mins from pismo. But Grover beach is 4 mins up the street!!! Staff was more than welcoming. They accommodated when needed and when the tv didn’t work they were there to fix it for my kids!!!
