Nos dieron una habitacion en subsuelo, fea realmente, deprimente. No como se veia en las fotos de internet. Fui a pedir que me la cambien y sin problema nos dieron una mucho mas grande, en piso mas alto, con baño con hidromasaje. “If I had my time back I would’ve booked Zensala for a few weeks. Penthouse was wonderful. Big windows for great views of the sky and river. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to come and go with ease. I’ll be staying there again!”

“The hotel environment is amazing. The service provided by their staff is unbeatable. They make you fell the thai charm. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to explore the thai culture. The staff is amazing and they are able to help you all time. They gave us a present at our departure.”

“An amazing escape in a jungle-like setting with a beautiful pool, amazing food, and air conditioned cozy cottages. We rented a Vespa and even found a cute cafe nearby and appreciated the activity book suggestions as we visited a beautiful waterfall nearby! Would definitely recommend and come back in the future. Thanks Paul and staff!”
