It was a very nice place very quiet. We got there after hours we were able to go in through the back door to the facility. We rang the bell, and the guy gladly came out to help us.
Room 1 has a good view of the lake and patio furniture for the perfect evening drink.

Staff was very nice and hard working. Breakfast was really good included with price of room but you can add to it for additional cost. It was well cooked. Very nice view. It seems they are renovating and expanding hotel. No AC or tv but the view was amazing
We were a little bit sceptical about this hotel because it is relatively new - but we loved our stay and would recommend it! The staff is very kind and helpful; the hotel has recently introduced free breakfast coffee, which is delicious and made to order. It is very well located to the centre of San Juan and it has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. It’s clear that the staff are still working on improving the hotel but there is no active construction going on right now. The shower was not very hot, and did not drain very well, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!
This is a nice new hotel in San Juan, and very reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the area feels very safe and full of locals. It's a short walk into town or down to the pier. The rooms are large with nice high ceilings and you can sit out on wicker rocking chairs to enjoy the outside. No biting bugs due to altitude so you can relax!
It would be nice to have a few hooks in the room to hang towels, coats etc.
I enjoyed staying at Mercy Hotel the staff were very kindly and welcoming to me. I highly recommend you for your next trip in San Juan La Laguna.

Better customer service. They don't have or don't know the information about the place. They're not professional. Improve the parking.

The only 2 things, room was very hot day and night, and they are not ready for power outage, if they're able to do something about this I would definitely come back to stay again...
They overcharged for our laundry service by four times the amount. There was hair in the room on the floor like it was uncleaned. The front desk recommendation a company for indian nose hike that picked us up at the hotel. IT WAS a single man in a tuc Tuc that took us up the mountain in the dark. We walked up the mountain in the woods in the dark full of trash. He made us walk thirty feet of head going up the mountain and never even knew how to get to Indian Nose. Even though he said he does this every day.It felt like we were gonna be robbed until we told him we had a knife and knew how to fight and was a boxer. He was messaging people in the woods. And took us almost down the wrong path on the way back down the mountain and was holding sticks in his hand that were two feet long. We felt Very unsafe.
Would not recommend staying here. Room was unclean and the shower kept leaking and flooding the room. We were only given 1 bath towel to share between 2 people. Location is not the nicest and very loud at night, making it difficult to sleep.
The hotel itself was lovely, but our door was hard to close. You had to really slam it for it to lock. It would have been nice to have coffee and breakfast available in the morning. I had to go out and try to find coffee in fhe morning. Most other places in the area offer free breakfast included in the price of the room. Otherwise it was nice.
Muy bien ubicada, la relacion. Precio calidad muy bien.
El personal nos atendio muy amable, incluso nos permitieron guardar el carro 2 horas despues del Check out.
Olvidamos un video juego y nos llamaron para devolverlo.
