Urbana is a cozy and welcoming place with such kind, attentive staff. The only small issues were that the hot water wasn’t always consistent and at night some outside noise and music could be heard in the room, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Was skeptical based on reviews but I stood at the Urbana and I had a lot of hot water and the AC was great I even had to turn it off periodically from being too cold. The area does get nosey on Saturdays and Sundays. Aside from that great stay.

Property was conveniently located. Easy to access tourist attractions from property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We weren’t too happy about having to climb so many stairs due to our room being switched from 2nd to 3rd floor b/c our room door would not lock.

Really nice people, great location. A couple hiccups that weren't their fault but they always fixed everything and we had a wonderful experience here. The small rooms are really super super super tiny so be forewarned!

It's really nice since the bus stop is next to it (I rented a car but when I drop it I went back to The hotel in the bus) was convenient, the staff are super friendly, easy going but the facilities seems not take care of and I request them to clean but they don't change the sheets/blankets and they didn't swip or mop, neither clean the zinc or the shower and also the shower doesn't have hot water

I loved staying at this property. I was greeted with a bottle of champagne, my room was upgraded. The neighborhood was safe and accessible to Old San Juan.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. There are a few dining options and a small grocery store within easy walking distance, and it's a short walk to Escambron Beach. There's a bus stop only a block away from the hotel if you want to go to Old San Juan, Condado Beach, or the airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
