This place was great! The rooms are modest but I think that’s reflected in the price. Only a small desk and mini fridge in the room, but I didn’t need more than that. The bed is comfortable, the balcony is a nice touch, the connected properties have lots of amenities, the area has great dining and drink options, and best of all, the location is fantastic. 30 minute walk or 5 min drive to Old San Juan, 5 minutes drive into downtown, a good beach a 5-10 minute walk away.

Amazing hotel. Really felt like a local staying in the area. Great customer service. There was a cafe across the street that was amazing as well and lively. Will be booking again next time we visit!

I paid for a deluxe room which was a little more than a. Regular room. I still ended up in a very basic room. Pics showed balcony and windows. My room felt like a little hostel. I wouldn't call that a deluxe room. Idk what i paid extra for.

Urbana is a cozy and welcoming place with such kind, attentive staff. The only small issues were that the hot water wasn’t always consistent and at night some outside noise and music could be heard in the room, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
