The room provided everything needed. Centrally located, felt safe. Owner very responsive. Was able to meet the housekeeping staff, Marianela was wonderful and went above and beyond. Upstairs deck area lovely.

We had a wonderful stay! The interior was beautiful and very welcoming, and the room had all the essential amenities, all very clean and well maintained. The front patio with a beach view created such happy, relaxing vibes, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The two days we spent here left an everlasting impression. We especially appreciated the cute kitchen and utensils, TV/internet, and the beach chairs—such thoughtful touches. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Staff was quick to respond and very helpful through text. Very clean room, note there are ear plugs to use for sleep. With that said understand you are staying in a local community. They party all night, and you will hear it. We didn't mind. Room had beach chairs and towels for use which was a great extra!

The room was big, clean, had 2 beach chairs, towels, umbrella fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ear plugs because the street is loud (bars and cars), cute rooftop deck with ocean view, seating, listen to frogs, 🐸 my only complaint is the bed is NOT a king, but 2 twins pushed together & I got stuck in center-pillow top mattress was not comfortable.

Beautiful apartment with fun decor and great outdoor space. Very clean with small kitchenette. Only downside is ambient noise from nearby pub that played loud music past 11pm, and cars blasting music as they drove by. Nothing the owner can fix, but fyi.

Room 7 was just perfect for our quick getaway to Puerto Rico. Conveniently located close to the activities we wanted to do, El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, Ferry Boat to Vieques and Culebra, and many golf courses. The room was modern and comfortable, and staff was easy to contact and accommodating. Check in and check out was as easy as can be. Would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! My mother and I stayed in Luquillo for this first time and the area was great! Restaurants and little spots just walking distance! Luquillo kiosks just 7 mins drive away! The room was beautiful! We would definitely stay again!

The room was very nice and close to the center of loquillo where a lovely square surrounded by restaurants is found. Only a block from the beach. My only complaint is the excess noise nearby. One night giant speakers in the back of a car trunk blasted music from the corner on the square until almost midnight. There is a reason that there are packages of earplugs on the nightstand. Use them! Every night you hear the Coqui (a native frog) make its distinctive noise most of the night and awaken to that in the morning. Again the earplugs. A fantastic dinner spot within walking was Sama. Highly recommend. Also note that no parking is included with this rental. The night of a festival on the square proved difficult to obtain parking without driving around searching. Two good breakfast places nearby. La Fonda in the square was decent but overpriced IMO but you need reservations at both evening restaurants I mentioned. Overall a great trip. Highly recommend the bioluminescent tour in Fajardo.

Excellent Option for Couples

High quality and convenient stay in the middle of Luquillo. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern, albiet small. The room also came with beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which we took full advantage of. This is also conviently located to El Yunque and many great beaches.

Wonderful rooms and close to the ocean. View from shared space is wonderful. Saturday night is loud due to street parties but that is also part of the charm. They provide wonderful coffee and ear plugs. We would stay here again!

The property is in a great condition and in a good place! Walking distance to food options. La Plaza is right there! The host replied fast and sent us important information, even though there is not a front desk. Although the property has no parking, it was easy to park on the street. Note: loud music and loud cars pass midnight was a minor detail we didn’t like. Our room was right on the street.
