My sole reservations pertained to the absence of a full-length mirror and an iron within the room; otherwise, this property proved to be exceptional. Its prime location offered convenient walking access to both San Juan Beach and Old San Juan. The parking facilities were satisfactory, and the staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and cooperativeness. We were particularly appreciative that upon our 10 AM arrival, we were granted immediate check-in due to the room's vacancy the preceding night.

This is a cool boutique hotel. It’s really nicely located. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Very close to the beach and the old town area.

Location is 10 minutes from Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower head was not functioning properly. Whenever I would leave the hotel to come back, you need to ring the door bell. One night they left me outside for 10 min. If having this kind of security is necessary they need to to provide guest w a pin to be able to walk in or out of the property without having to wait for someone to unlock the door id safety is a concern

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Oliver Hotel. I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready for check-in. Everything was clean, well-kept, and beautiful. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to Old San Juan and the beach.

Definitely a different experience to not have a ton of amenities or staff on site at all times as they manage multiple properties. That being said, they were always a quick text or phone call away and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and very clean room. I would definitely recommend this spot for the next traveler looking for a great (and walkable) place to stay near Old San Juan and/or Condado.

When we checked in we had to call to get someone to check us in. They were prompt to arrive. During our stay there was never anyone at the front desk and all communication had to be online. One of the features advertised was a restaurant and was one of our deciding factors when booking but was never open during our stay. Even when we asked for a restaurant recommendation they referred us to the closed restaurant. This should be removed from their offerings. A room refresh is only available upon request.

It was a great value for its price. The staff was friendly and the room is spacious and clean. There was not as many amenities like free water etc but can be found nearby. You can definitely walk a bit to get to Old San Juan from this location though a bit farther. Overall I had a great experience

It was actually a really good stay. They are doing renovations it appears but they offer a complimentary beer and are very attentive. I like the security of the place. You get a PIN code to access the hotel which made me feel comfortable since I was traveling alone. I would definitely stay there again. It’s close to everything which I loved. Definitely recommend it!
