Will I be back! Most definitely, the hosts were very nice and helpful since the beginning, I had a late flight and they were the only ones who were able to help me and make my late check in during midnight as smoothly as possible! This is the place to stay if you want to tour Puerto Rico especially the condado area, everything was walking distance and the entrance is all to yourself!! The second we had any issues or questions and needed anything Angel the host was always a phone call away and he made sure to always answer and responded right away! It’s such a reasonable stay and efficient, me and my friend had the time of our life it was easy to shop for the place and get around, and coming home late was never and issue, mornings were always quiet so you definitely get peaceful sleep and overall I would totally recommend this place! We shall be back!😁😁

There is so much to do near the area and there are a lot of beaches close by . The bars are far enough where you won’t be bothered by noise but close enough to walk . Overall everything about my stay was smooth and I plan to stay here anytime I’m in PR.

The room was not clean. Even though we were on the second floor of a 3 storey building, we experienced a severe roof leak that flooded the bathroom. Not a good experience stepping into a pool of water at 3am. After complaining, they stated it was our fault for having the shower curtain too high. No hot water, barely warm.

The room was basically what we expected and met our needs. The only exception - the second night, there was no hot water in the shower. We were told that there was "no guarantee" of hot water and that was spelled out the in terms and conditions. Going back afterwards, I couldn't find that anywhere, so just be aware. As our contact told us - "Welcome to the Puerto Rico experience."

Clean and quiet stay= Relaxing

The room was very clean and absolutely beautiful. Was given extra towels and sheets. Everything worked and looked brand new. Microwave perfect, the clean fridge I loved. The bathroom was clean and beautiful. What I loved most was that the area was nice and quiet. No one bothered me. And I got my well rested vacation I needed. I will definitely come back every year. I loved it here.

Went on a solo trip to PR and I booked this place on the same day of my arrival. Reasonable given how lodging can be in San Juan. As for the room itself, it had a full bed and small kitchenette perfect for a solo traveler or even two people. The property is also conveniently close to the Laguna del Condado running trail, Condado Beach, La Placita and a quick 10 min drive to Viejo San Juan. When i first got there the room wasn’t clean which I think was understandable given the last minute booking. I let the host know and he was flexible and quick in providing new sheets etc. Throughout the stay, the host was attentive, making sure my stay and overall trip were smooth. He and his team offered great local recommendations for my trip as well. So glad I came across this last minute booking. I can definitely say that staying at this property made my trip 10x better. If you’re a solo traveler and looking for a more local feel, I highly recommend this property!
