The room was a bit dated but very very clean. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time. It was right on the beach, walking distance to pharmacies and resturants and even to La Placita ! Will stay again!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Place is clean ,close to the beach and affordable. Just be careful with the soda machine on the first floor it tends to keep your money. But overall , great place to stay .I highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly very helpful. It’s a great location right next to the beach. If you intend to swim on the beach, it’s a long walk but you could go down to a safer beach. The food and restaurants in the area are a big plus. My wife and I had no problem feeling safe walking around the area. We took a Uber to old San Juan takes about 15 minutes definitely worth it. Great location.

The location is excellent—super, super close to the beach, which was definitely the highlight of my stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. However, the hotel is quite outdated and could really use some updating. Unfortunately, the rooms did not look as nice in person as they appeared in the online photos, which was a little disappointing. Overall, the location and staff were great, but the hotel itself needs some improvements.

This is the spot if you go with a group of friends to hit the beach and have a good time. Rhw beach is literally behind the building. The front door staff were so nice and will do all they can to make you happy with your stay.

I took my 93 year-old father to San Juan, Puerto Rico to fulfill his dream of visiting the Island. I could not have picked a better place to stay, it was close to restaurants, stores local bars the beach was right across. The staff was amazing, helpful and available at all times. The distance to the airport was only 10 minutes away. Everything was beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Evan at the front desk went above and beyond to help our family trip. He was always attentive, friendly and offered wonderful local suggestions to make the trip more enjoyable. Plus Plus was the location, but the customer service received from Evan and staff would make us come back as we left feeling like family.
