Hotel is right on Condado beach, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Pool was clean and chairs was plentiful. The beach waves were strong but there was life guards on site and super relaxing. The room is clean, bed is comfortable but doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Lobby was way nicer and probably the nicest part of the hotel.

This hotel has great location in San Juan. Rooms are nice and the beachfront room was beautiful. Wake up and fall asleep to the ocean right outside. Loved our balcony. Hotel is near lots of eateries. I would definitely stay here again. Also look at Marriott guided tours and attraction on the app. We went on a guided tour to the natural waterfalls and the shuttle van picked us up and dropped us off right across the street from the hotel. Beautiful property to stay at.

Hotel was very clean and organized. They had a lot of amenities and it was by the pool and beach. The hotel cleaning of the room wasn’t the best because they did not clean the room often and the shower had water temperature problems. but overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend again.

It was a very nice resort for the pool and beach. We went on daily excursions, so only used those on a limited basis. They have a mandatory “third party” fee which ended up costing more than the airline tickets from Indiana. (We thought we had paid for all the airline and hotel fees in advance)

Staff were great. check-in and out were quick. However, they will have to work on the internet coz some areas had no wifi including our room. It was up and down. Regarding the cleaning, my sheets and pillows/cases were kinda mildew smell coz they did not dry properly. Beach view was nice. I enjoyed my stay. I ❤️ PR
