Everything was as I expected. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and reason on arrival. Old San Juan experienced a long power outage, but the building maintained power, except for the elevator. It’s a small hotel, so the walk up the stairs was not bad. I would certainly book with them again.

Room in great location.Close to food and shopping. If you ship is at one of the three piers downtown easy walk to it.There is a further pier that our ship was at is not walk able. This is a basic hotel 2 bath towels that's it. Clean basic room good for a night
