5 stars customer service, they did their best to accommodate us. The room we reserved smelled bad due to water not being run and they gave us a different one right away. The jacuzzi was working but wasn't cleaned, perhaps they didnt have anyone using it in a while. The location is great close to the center of san juan.

Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay there again in a different occasion.

Puerto Valdes Review Overall, we had a good experience at Puerto Valdes, and we really appreciated having us as guests. The place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. There was a tiny ants near the patio door and in the garbage can that I mentioned, but unfortunately nothing was done about it. The sheets also had a lot of stains on them, even after receiving new clean sheets, some of the sheets were noticeably stained. Looked like dried blood. Over all this was a good start for our trip. Customer service was great and the front desk attendance was great they did try to help as best they could . Other than those issues, everything was great. Thank you again for having us!

Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed.

I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely consider coming back. The staff was so nice and accommodating I even extended my stay. The beds are super comfortable and quiet peaceful sleep was greatly appreciated. Convenient front street parking was just icing on the cake.!
