Great place to stay near Old San Juan if you also have a car. I was able to park the car out front and walk to Old San Juan in about 15 minutes. Plus the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Room was very clean, the staff was extremely nice and gave great suggestions for local restaurants, and no noise issues. Some of the equipment was out of service, but the staff were actively fixing the elevator and other devices in the morning

We were greeted by a very nice gentleman named Hector. He was very helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely and had an in room Jacuzzi tub. We wish we could have used it but we literally had no hot water- not really even warm. Showers were quick, I guess that saved on energy and water.

Hector, the receptionist was awesome. Referred us to restaurants and went out of his way to find some friends a room when their Airbnb was canceled. The apartment is nice and spacious. We had a great day.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. The view was incredible—I could even see when the cruise ships came in. The food at the restaurant was delicious; I had the salmon, and it was cooked perfectly. They also have a great selection for dinner. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it’s easy to walk around and explore. Overall, a 10/10 stay. Highly recommend!

Staff were very helpful keeping us from getting a parking ticket. The room we stayed in was very clean and met our need for one night but unfortunately we would not return. This building is a renovated storage building in the Old San Juan port area. The area does not feel safe for walking after dark. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you may find the noise keeping you up into the wee hours.
