Everyone was nice and helpful. The place was clean and neat. I did have to ask to have my room to be cleaned and after that it was daily. The rooftop was awesome! The pool was awesome! The bar staff was awesome. Located near everything and anything!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

A beautiful small historic hotel with modern amenities is the center of old San Juan. Close to everything. Very clean and well maintained with a lovely courtyard and fantastic rooftop pool and bar. We loved coming back for a dip in the pool after a morning of exploring. Very kind staff who generously hands out bottled water every time you come or go. Would definitely recommend.

By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had & in a great location of Old San Juan. The staff were amazing, genuine and very helpful. Rachel, Andrea, Alejandro, and so many more on the staff team made the experience seamlessly luxurious. With a late flight, we’re even able to go to their sister property while we wait. 10/10

Nice pool deck and bar. Good food and drinks at both the pool bar and restaurant. Restaurant could do with more vegetarian options, all thy had was pizza or salad and the pizza oven was not working while we were there. Rooms are a little dark and quite small.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Palacio Hotel was nothing short of an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay feel special. The hotel has a beautiful charm and character that immediately makes you feel like you’re truly experiencing the destination rather than just staying at another generic hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt personal, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The property was clean, relaxing, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. What impressed me the most was the overall feeling of the stay. I came for a quick trip and left feeling completely refreshed. Sometimes it’s not about how long you stay, but how a place makes you feel while you’re there, and Palacio absolutely delivered. I would recommend Palacio without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and authentic experience. I will definitely be returning. 10/10. An absolute gem.

The staff were very nice and helpfull! The hotel is a perfect location for restaurants and getting around! Room size was ok, but the maintenance was disappointing. Doors were very loud at night, varanda door was broken, so it didn’t close 100% (which might have helped with the outside noise, being in such a central location). Would stay here again, but these minor details will improve so much guest experience.

This is an excellent location in Old San Juan and the hotel is spacious with modern accents on a 200 year old historic structure. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms spacious, clean, with high ceilings. The bedding was excellent. The only negative was the construction on the roof by the pool during my stay. I also recommend not taking a room near the front lobby as it can be loud there at times. But all around this is a great place to stay.

Staff was very friendly. Happy hour was nice when no events interrupted it. Pool and gym are clean and lovey. Pool bar staff was awesome. Wish my room was cleaned a bit better as bar glasses were not removed. Also had a strange snafu with my bill.
