We had an exceptional stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, intimate, and has a refined atmosphere that made our time in San Juan feel even more special. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Whether we needed a recommendation, assistance with plans, or simply had a question, the team was always willing to help and made everything feel effortless. Their hospitality felt personal rather than routine, and that level of service made a lasting impression on us. The combination of the beautiful property, attention to detail, and outstanding staff made this one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and elevated stay in San Juan. A sincere thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

The woman at check-in and checkout were very welcoming and friendly. The valet drivers were kind. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. You can even smell the freshness when you walk in. We were welcomed with Champaign and had a lovely dinner at the restaurant downstairs on the first night. The chef even came to our table. I would recommend for any couple who is looking for an intimate stay.

Great small boutique hotel with sister property and access to a perfect rooftop pool and restaurant. Will definitely return! Loved the adults only experience 😊. No gym on site so that was a drawback but it was so close to the beach and bay that it was worth it!

We enjoyed our stay at O:live Boutique Hotel. The entire building was very clean and smelled great at all times. The romantic package (jacuzzi full of rose petals, bath salts, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries) we included was well worth the price. The staff were polite and helpful when necessary. However, a day into our stay, the elevator stopped working, and was never operational again during our stay. Although we were only on the third floor, the inconvenience was definitely felt. There was also some serious construction occurring outside of and surrounding the hotel entrance making the terrain a bit tricky to traverse, especially in heels. The two restaurants at this hotel had limited days and hours of operation; but, we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities at the sister hotel (Olv:55)…the restaurant, rooftop cabanas, and infinity pools were all very decent. The food was good and cooked to order (which is always nice). Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was in a great neighborhood for enjoying the beach, water activities on the lagoon & bay, a variety of food choices, souvenir shops, entertainment, and a very short drive to Old San Juan. I would highly recommend a nice getaway at this boutique hotel. Until next time…☺️

Phenomenal place, the ambiance, the decor, the TEAM...THE TEAM is phenomenal, the walkability of the location! I was so inspired by the decor that I have decided to jump into my own house projects. The walls are a little...thinner than I'd like, a couple was...enjoying themselves VERYYYYY loudly and it was pretty uncomfortable. The first half of the week is quiet, but Thursday-weekend its pretty loud due to the GORGEOUS club upstairs. Overall GREAT stay for our 10th wedding anniversary.

The property itself is fine, but I personally don’t feel it’s worth the nightly rate being charged. During my stay, the toilet flooded twice in my room. The shower had very low water pressure, and because it wasn’t sealed properly, water leaked onto both the bathroom and bedroom floors after every shower. The rooms were also much smaller than I expected. On the positive side, the outdoor tub was a nice feature, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean. I also really enjoyed the sister hotel and the amenities there. There is a lot of construction on the surrounding streets, which takes away from the overall atmosphere. The street got closed off a few times. I understand that’s not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the experience. While the location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, it just didn’t have the relaxing vacation vibe I was hoping for.

From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. You could tell they were very proud of the island and what it had to offer. One note: the pool on the 4th floor was what I consider odd. Not really a pool to swim in. Although we did not take advantage of it, the sister property around the corner had a pool available for our use. We did visit the bar and had some of the best drinks, with and without alcohol. It was a very chic vibe. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. I would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at O:live boutique hotel. I’m sorry we didn’t have more time to explore the restaurant, pool, etc but this was a one night stay pre-cruise and we already had dinner reservations off-property. Check in was quick and efficient, the front desk staff was very pleasant. The lobby is cozy and intimate - as is the whole hotel. Our room 203 was a nice surprise - it had a big private courtyard with lounge seating, cafe table and chairs, and a really cool outdoor tub/shower. The bedding was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again and I would set aside some time to experience the pool, restaurant, etc.
