The whole staff was welcoming! Communication was easy. The room was nicely done, clean, and the air conditioning was wonderful, no issues with hot water thank god. Parking was right across the street, great restaurants to walk to. Definitely staying again! Thank you for everything!

I was there for less than 36 hours. Everything went pretty well. Staff was awesomely nice and responsive. I was concern about the room cleaning since I found used contact lenses, soap residues in the bathroom and sand on the closet area but it was redone once I told front desk. I’ll be back!

Location was decent with few restaurants near by. The housekeeping is non traditional as they did not make up the bed or empty trash for the stay. Beds were not great. Also they have sound detectors hidden in plants in the hallways to detect loud noises which felt a little excessive and invasive. Just overall an ok stay away from the hustle and bustle of condado tourism

Parking was easy and secure. The air conditioning worked well. Disappointed that the terrace was not open and the internet reception did not work in our room. The staff was friendly, respectful and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, a film theater, supermarket and pharmacy. Esay drive to Old San Juan and expressways to other areas of the island.

Parking is gated and secure and easy just across the hotel about 15 steps. Veey nice area with plenty restaurants of all types. Nice and good size rooms nicely dexorate. Air conditioner works great. We had a very confortable king size bed. Rooms have hot water, microwave and mini fridge as well as coffe maker and there is also a coffe maker in the looby and a very good size supermarket justa around the corner. We loved this place and definitely will stay there next time we visit Puerto Rico
