The location was perfect. It is walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and others. The customer service is excellent. The place doesn’t have an elevator but they sent someone to help us with our suitcases down the stairs. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PR.

The apartment is in the middle of Old San Juan easy access to shops and restaurants. About a 30 minute walk to the nearest beach. It was clean but didn’t have many amenities. They could use some more cups glasses and silverware. Plenty of towels for the bathroom. There is one TV in the upstairs bedroom and could use one downstairs. There is no hot water in the shower just barely warm. The location is great.

Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone.
