One of my favorite places to stay in Puerto Rico. The staff is exceptional and attentive. Love the easy access to the beach along with the option to dine in for all three meals on the property. I will be staying at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone that wants a chill vibe, in a clean and safe property with amazing staff.

This beautiful boutique hotel was located conveniently to everything! It was a 15 minute drive from the airport and Old San Juan. It was a short walking distance to many delicious restaurants and local bars. I loved the food from the restaurant and the view of the ocean from my room was breathtaking.

We had a wonderful stay, Numero Uno exceeded our expectations for our first time in PR. Staying there feels like staying at a family or friends house. Hospitality was amazing, drinks were delicious, and food was yummy. We will definitely return!

This is a special place. Chill, food is great, beach is what you dream of. Room comfy and clean. Walkable to many restaurants. Ten minutes from San Juan Airport. It's the staff that makes this place irresistible; kind, competent, always ready to help. I loved my time here- you will too!

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I can't explain just how incredible it was without mentioning my stay at the Numero Uno Beach House. We checked in late and there was someone available at the reception desk who was so helpful. Throughout our week stay we were virtually steps off the beach and took advantage of the beautiful cafe while getting service on the sand. Incredible staff and so friendly! Great property, quiet street and I definitely can't wait to book another stay here when I come back! 😎 10 stars!

This is our second stay at Numero Uno, and it certainly won't be our last. The location is wonderful — a beachfront property with amazing service, bites, and cocktails. Oki and her team do such an incredible job; they go above and beyond every time. The staff are so warm and welcoming that it feels like staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel. The team and the people truly are what make this experience so special. Relaxing with that incredible view of the beach is unbeatable, and I highly recommend staying here — you'll be supporting a wonderful local business and enjoying the company of genuinely great people. We've made lifelong friends here and can't wait to go back.
