Yes, the room was clean and staff at the condo were always attentive to our needs and were very helpful. The area was close to everything. I could walk to eat, or check out bars, go souvenir shopping, ect. The beach is a minute away. You walk outside and make a left...you're on the beach! Love, love, loved my stay.

If you are contemplating booking this place, just do it! You won’t regret it. You get a beautiful view to the beach and it is located on a main street, so everything is accessible. The place is clean and the host answers right away. I will be booking here again when i come back to PR.

We had a great stay at this property! Communication with the hosts and building security was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our visit. The view is absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be more convenient — not crowded at all and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The only critique is that some areas of the property aren’t fully updated — nothing major, just a bit dated in places. I’d consider myself pretty bougie, and I was totally comfortable here. Those seeking a high-end, luxury experience might prefer something more modern, but for the price and everything else this place offers, it’s a fantastic value, and we definitely plan to return. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water, strong A/C, and working windows that let in a refreshing ocean breeze and the vibrant sounds of the community. On-site, there are two lovely beach bars with friendly service and a great atmosphere.

Seamless process from booking till check out. The communication was great, easy check in instructions to follow, the view was great and the beach is basically right outside the door. Great location!!! Beautiful beach view. The beach is literally across the street! Everything within walking distance. The couch/sofa bed needs a good cleaning and definitely more bath linens needed to be provided. We had a party of 3 for 5 nights and only received 3 bath towels and 3 washclothes. this would not have been an inconvenience, if the unit was equipped with a washer and dryer. The bldg washers and dryers were inconvenient and expensive. The host was very responsive. Bldg staff were friendly. The price was of great value.

The blankets on both the bed and the sofa were not clean. Although the apartment appeared clean at first glance, it had a strong wet dog odor throughout. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen ourselves, and we sprayed the couch with Lysol because of the smell. In addition, there was no dresser or adequate storage to unpack our clothes, so we had to keep everything in our suitcases for the duration of our stay. Overall, the customer service was good but this was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

El apartamento tiene la ubicación y vista perfecta literalmente es en la misma playa , mi familia y yo nos sentimos seguro y cómodo , el personal de edificio muy amable, la alberca muy buena y si anda con niños excelente y la comunicación con el anfitrión es 5 ⭐️ y tiene todo cerca en los alrededores Farmacias , supermercado , restaurante y todo lo que necesite.
