Staff were amazing and food was great but overpriced. Disappointed that the parking was not included in cost. One of our roommates had breakfast and thought it was complementary. Only had a donut, another cold item & a mimosa for $40😕. Was shocked and to embarrassed question it.

i have so many nice things to say about Margaritaville vacation club , it truly is that , i came here for my birthday trip with my boyfriend our original dates were may 26-31st but we actually ended up staying until june 2nd! that’s how much we enjoyed it , from when you walk in and up until you leave you feel at home , this being my first vacation and first time in puerto rico , it was nice that honestly if you don’t want to you don’t have to leave the resort everything you need is right there , if you’re more of a beach person well you have a beach connected , you like adventure ? there’s jet ski rentals on the beach as well, also their concierge is very helpful , she actually gives you a map of Puerto Rico of the hotel and things around the hotel everything she circled for us me and my boyfriend were able to do which made it very easy not having to figure out where to go zip lining or atv rides , because me and my boyfriend knew what we wanted to do obviously we didn’t know quite where yet so not having to stress about that was weight off my shoulders , there is also a brand new casino I actually quite enjoyed the music by the pool I think the Margaritaville side of the hotel is actually a little bit more fun that’s just my personal opinion staff is welcoming everyone looks like they’re enjoying their time working there

We found everything at this hotel to be wonderful but I would really like to highlight the staff. They were all exceptional. Room was spotless, and having a kitchen was super convenient. My only suggestion is to extend check-out to at least to 11:00am. Other than that this is a great place for a vacation.

The place was beautiful great property they take good care of it . The beach acess is nice umbrellas and loungers are nice and relaxing. Showers to get the sand off the pool was warm and inviting with a swim up bar was very cool the bar offers may drink options and food options gives the place a one stop shop can have breakfast lunch and dinner with the many options they have . The staff was great . If i have one complaint is the bed was pretty firm will need extra pillows. The whole experience was nice it was a great get away.

Stayed 5 nights here. Very friendly staff. Room was very nice and well equipped. 5 o’clock somewhere tiki bar was very nice and food was very good. Frozen drinks very good also. Pool is very nice also. If I have to criticize anything it would be that check in time at 4 pm and check out is 10 am is not fair in my opinion but what the heck it’s a very nice place to stay.

We had a king Mountain View room. Extremely clean room. Bed was comfortable. Be aware it is a vacation club so there is no daily house keeping. They did bring coffee and towels as requested without issue. The welcome margarita was nice touch. Property and grounds were beautiful. The beach was good. Much cleaner than Loquillo. We would stay here again. Hacienda Chocolat wasn’t too far. They had a great chocolate farm tour

This place was Beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. It had 3 pools a basketball court was in a good location near everything you need. Beach area was walking distance . Would definitely stay again!
