The host was excellent and staff at the hotel were great. The room itself was way older and the front entrance area to the condo was not in the best of shape. The bed mattresses and bedding could be upgraded for better comfort. We LOVED location and would come again, but just to a newer/ upgraded unit.

First and foremost we had an amazing vacation. The room was spotless and very large with a kitchen including all the necessities to cook. The host was very accommodating and informative. The check in process was super easy. The beds were super comfortable. On the other hand - there was no pool as advertised in the photos of the property. We were required to keep the AC on completely freezing (wonderful when coming in from the heat, not so wonderful when your shivering in the middle of the night.) Some of the morning front desk staff were extremely rude, one lady acted as if we were inconveniencing her by asking a simple question. We absolutely LOVED the beach access, we did not love the access ending early - closing us out of the property at 7pm. Ending on my personal favorite - the ocean view was spectacular, the balcony made mornings magical watching the sun rise over the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay it was close to everything. Sad that the pool wasnt open yet, but it didnt effect our stay at all. Easy access to the beach. And 6 mins away from a nearby waterpark perfect for kids to 12, and it was at the beach as well. Very close to piñones for local delicious food, and close to the airport.

Hidden Jewel

Couple night stay. Kinda older building that is partially hotel and partially owner rentals. Facility is clean and safe. The location is minutes to the airport and right next to the famous El San Juan Hotel. Not for honeymooners but fine for regular travel. It is right on the beach and you can use the ESJ pool so best of both worlds for half the price.
