The Magdalena Hotel and its staff will always have a special place in our hearts. As true ambassadors of Puerto Rico, each team member brought their unique personality and warmth to create a deeply individualized and memorable experience for us during our stay. My spouse and I have traveled extensively and met many wonderful people along the way, but the relationships we formed at your hotel truly transcend the miles between us. Anyone visiting Puerto Rico would miss the true soul of the island, the heart of the culture, and the essence of what makes it so beautiful if they did not choose to stay at the Magdalena. We will definitely be back to enjoy the amazing experience you afford your guests, and we look forward to our next visit.

Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)

New, chic, boutique hotel on quiet street but blocks from wide range of restaurants/bars (cuisine- and price-wise) and the beach. Immaculately clean room and property, sweet, attentive staff--even walked me up the block to point out where I could find the nearest pharmacy when I asked for directions to any nearby. Delicious, fresh array of fruit and juices in the mornings (plus cheeses, meats, granola, breads). Rooftop outdoor lounge area and indoor bar area. No view from my room--faced a stairwell--but I traveled for work, leaving early morning and returning late at night, so it didn't matter to me. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. This was easily the best stay we have ever experienced. The cleanliness was top tier, never once did the towels, bed sheets, shower, floors etc feel gross/questionable. The rooms are beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a nice stay. The robes, Nespresso machine, and large open shower make your stay feel luxurious. This place feels like home, from the aesthetic decor, spacious rooms, to hands-down the most friendly, outgoing, accommodating, and amazing staff. The private parking was an exceptional bonus that we have never experienced at any other hotel. They met us at our car, opened our doors, and helped with our luggage. We were surprised with rose petals, champagne, and beautifully arranged towels in our room. Each morning they greeted us, talked to us about our activities planned for the day, and gave us amazing recommendations: from popular tourist attractions to local hidden gems! They always made sure we had enough water bottles to stay hydrated in the summer heat and stocked us with plenty of beach towels! We would 100% reccommend this place to ANYONE! This is a smaller hotel, with that comes outstanding treatment and a wonderful, luxurious stay. We are completely impressed with Magdalena 1163 and want everyone to know how amazing it is!

Magdalena 1163 delivered the kind of stay I look for when traveling — clean, secure, well-appointed, and ideally located. I’m very intentional about where I stay on vacation, and this property made an excellent impression. The staff was gracious, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, while the property itself was immaculate and offered secured access that made the experience feel even more comfortable. Its location is truly one of its greatest luxuries — centrally placed in the heart of it all, only 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from La Placita, surrounded by convenient essentials and sought-after food spots, and just a short two-block walk from the beach.
