Room was surface clean but not deep cleaned bed was super hard and not comfortable pillows were small but not a deal breaker Not really ocean front more like ocean adjacent. U can see the ocean and beach but not a straight view No parking unless u pay or get lucky to get road side parking witch is rare Curtains did not block the light that’s on all night. Needs blackout curtains Staff was very helpful

The beach across from the place is amazing. The pool was somewhat dirty with sand and feathers but everything else was great. There was always a security guard in the lobby which was great. The parking is a little bothersome but we parked near the BK so it was more cheaper than the other parkings. We had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Our stay was great. Loved how close we wereto the beach. My daughter loved every minute of her birthday trip. Must try the lifeguard restaurant. At night make sure you have the fob to go in and out the building.

Overall great booking.The area is by a lot of attractions,Beaches and shops.This building is VERY well secured.The only downside would be parking, my booking unfortunately did not have parking and street parking was hard to find, they have a garage around but for fees which was inconvenient but again overall, I highly recommend booking, very nice and friendly staff and great communication with CLEAR check in and out instructions.

First off I booked ocean view when in fact it was the dude of the building. If you want Oceanview make sure it says Oveanfront in the description of the room. For that matter I ended up changing rooms which was bigger and it was actually ocean view. There’s workers that start work super early so if you’re looking to wake up late you can’t. Not only was the work started early they were cleaving the outside of the building and ended up causing a small flood in both rooms damaging some of my husbands clothes. Next , one of the rooms air conditioners ended up malfunctioning but I must say the way they accommodated us and answering me very quickly about the situation was great! They were even willing to relocate us and I ended up getting a small refund without expecting it. I would only come back if they upgrade the rooms and property, and better communication with these workers conducting work outside the windows. Communication was a plus!

I couldn't utilize the bedroom because the first night I slept in there I woke up with insects bites, then I slept on the couch and was fine, then went back to sleep on the bed and woke up to more insects bites; Therefore, I was forced to close the room off because I'm allergic and good thing I know to keep my steroids and yes I have pictures. The shower pressure is horrible because the showed head is corroded. I can say your cleaners did have the place decent and the kitchen was stocked with utensils. The bathroom did have complementary supplies which I can't use due to my own issues but the gesture was nice. I appreciate the extra towels as well as beach towels, chairs, and cooler.

I booked this last minute due to my other booking canceling my reservation the night before check in. The communication was fantastic with the rental manager. When we first arrived, I was not impressed as the building was outdated. But the location is everything!! All was within walking distance, cute little dive bar in the same vicinity as the building and the beach was incredible. Very family friendly, the building staff/front desk were amazing. Everyone we encounter was very friendly and welcoming. Literally 10 minutes from the SJU Airport. If I return to this area again, I will be staying at the Luna Lena.

Property has AC, streaming service, fully stocked kitchen, shower. King size bed was comfortable. AC units available in the living room and bedroom. The property is on the beach with separate entrance from and to the beach. Outdoor small pool is available. We did not use it. Washer and dryer is available on each even floor. Keep in mind that laundry card cost $5 in addition to $$ you pay for actual washing and drying. Uber is convenient way of transportation. In minutes from the airport, Old San Juan. In walking distance pharmacy, supermarkets, etc. I wish condo would have more bath towels, tissues, beach umbrella and rugs in the living room. Without rugs floor is too slippery when coming from the beach.

Location- Location-Location- This Condo is in perfect proximity to the beach and other beaches which we also visited. The Room is perfect for a couple or a small family of 4. Useable Kitchen and sitting area and the A/C works very well . The washer and dryer is a floor down but works perfectly for $3.50 each. Trash room on every floor. You can walk to the restaurants located on the beach as well.
