While the room was very small and should have been cleaned before we got there. The location to the beach and where things were to do was excellent. We enjoyed the pool as well.And some of the amenities around the property.

This is as close to the beach as it gets! We had a great time and the room was exactly what we needed for 2 people. The space was clean and we had the beach right outside of our window.

Room was surface clean but not deep cleaned bed was super hard and not comfortable pillows were small but not a deal breaker Not really ocean front more like ocean adjacent. U can see the ocean and beach but not a straight view No parking unless u pay or get lucky to get road side parking witch is rare Curtains did not block the light that’s on all night. Needs blackout curtains Staff was very helpful

I stood at this location for 6 days on spring break with my family of 4. When I tell you, it was perfect for us, I mean that whole heartedly. We have family in Puerto Rico and are used to certain things like insects and low water pressure. This place was so clean. Absolutely no insects and the water was fine. Located right on the beach, I was so comfortable to take my two 9 year olds and chill out most days. The pool was on premises was great as well. My girls preferred it. The bathrooms by the pool were nice and clean as well. Located on isla verde, this was by popular restaurants, souvenir shops and viral popular places my girls were excited to go to. Check in was a breeze. Any questions I had were answered right away. We had absolutely no problems. I look forward to staying here again (soon).

Our stay was great. Loved how close we wereto the beach. My daughter loved every minute of her birthday trip. Must try the lifeguard restaurant. At night make sure you have the fob to go in and out the building.

not enough electrical outlets, the one in the bedroom is loose and kind of sketchy, the hallways and common areas have no ac, there is no instructions for how to load laundry card, no parking space, it should have been stated explicitly instead of just not having it as an amenity, one of the dining room chairs is so rickety it almost came apart when someone sat in it, unit has windows ac units which struggle to keep the place cool in the heat of the day, to get full privacy from windows that ac unit is in at the living room you have to put curtain over ac unit which then is blocking the air that is already struggling, they have a sign saying not to flush your toilet paper...that is nasty . It took about 10 minutes for the shower water to heat up, the bathroom sink was so weak that if you leaned on it very hard it would break. Pool with ocean view is not true, can't see ocean from pool.

The beach across from the place is amazing. The pool was somewhat dirty with sand and feathers but everything else was great. There was always a security guard in the lobby which was great. The parking is a little bothersome but we parked near the BK so it was more cheaper than the other parkings. We had a great time. Would definitely come back.

First of all, the experience upon arriving at the room was terrible—absolutely abysmal (a negative 100%). The room was full of hair—it was everywhere. Specifically, in the bathroom, there was pubic hair, along with some bugs; they were scattered throughout the entire unit—including on the bed, the sofa, the bathroom, and the kitchen. They were literally everywhere. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have photos and videos, and I’m not sure how to send them to you, but you really need to see them. If you could provide a link or an email address, that would be helpful. The kitchen dishes had been put away dirty and stained. It was a very—and I mean *very*—bad experience. People who works in the lobby are so nice and helpful. Towels I clean everyday and everyday we have bugs back.

Overall great booking.The area is by a lot of attractions,Beaches and shops.This building is VERY well secured.The only downside would be parking, my booking unfortunately did not have parking and street parking was hard to find, they have a garage around but for fees which was inconvenient but again overall, I highly recommend booking, very nice and friendly staff and great communication with CLEAR check in and out instructions.
