The room was perfectly clean, the staff was amazing and friendly (Especially Anna). the parking space is minimal but the hotel itself for pass by day or two you'll def get some good rest. very comfortable beds

Yes it was cool in room and easy parking. This is a very nice motel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bring your own toiletries and hand rowels. Walls are super thin and there is a basic bedroom door lock on room doors. Facility was safe and there is a security lock on exterior main door.

The staff were amazing, attentive and caring. Ana, recommended us local food and it was the best meal I had during my stay. The room was clean, it’s obviously not the Marriott but the room is spacious, the area is safe and it was very quiet. There is a piano in the family room area which we really enjoyed. And there are beautiful beaches close by!

This is a cozy, clean, no frills room that we really enjoyed. One interesting amenity is that there is a patio available for sitting on the second floor, and what appears to be a party room on the first floor, with microwave and fridge. I was not sure we were able to use it or not but it seemed like we could. There is parking right in front of the property. We stayed at several places like this in Puerto Rico and it was one of our favorites: no problems, nice staff, easy to check in.

Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing and exploring. My only issue/concern is that housekeeping was not daily.

The pictures on this property need to be updated!! Long black hair all over the tile floors, broken blinds, trash and dirty linens in the halls, dirt just swept into a pile in the hall. No hot water. Cleaning seemed to consist of heavily spraying Lysol over the floors since the smell of Lysol was overwhelming and the tile floors were slick (and stayed that way). The young man who greeted us was pleasant and tried his best but he was apparently the only employee on the property.

Small parking lot but can park across street - go over the curb into grass area. Staff very helpful and called to check that we were still showing up. TV not working. Little refrig not working. No microwave and other refrigerators not working. Staff kept my little plate of pizza in his refrig. Room clean but need 2 pillows per person. and more than just one towel per person. Quick overnighter.
