Main thing!!!! It was nice and cold!!!!! San Juan was so so hot that day I was dripping sweat. When I opened my room door we felt that nice cold breeze I was so happy. Place was nice provided towels, soap, shampoo, etc. they had pots and pans, dishes as well! The place wasn’t too clean but it wasn’t such a big deal, we just cleaned it ourselves and bromed as well!

The property was very dirty when we check in. The bed sheet look dirty and few strands of hair were found on the sheet. The shower was horrible, and there was a lot of sand on the floor.. there was also spillage on the fridge shelf. Overall, the place was very dirty.. We spent almost half a day to clean up the next day when we were there.. the check-in process is very easy and smooth. We are happy the entire time we were there, they don’t have water issue.

The location is great! It has a great restaurants and shops on the same street and is close to the Art Museum, grocery store, and the main street of Condado, which has beach access. This property is great for couples or solo travelers as it is affordable and in a fun part of town. The rooms are a comfortable size and the staff is very kind.

Excellent location, extremely communicative hotel. We were amazed by the responsiveness and kindness of the communication. The location is so ideal for being super close to Condado (5 minute walk) but not in the middle of it. Close to 24 hour grocery store and Starbucks as well. Loved it!

The property was clean and comfortable. The water in the shower went between boiling hot and cool, but shampoo, conditioner, and body/hand wash and a shower cap were provided. Check in was easy, and late check out costs $25/hr after 11am. The pool was nice and cute! Less than 10 min walk to the beach and 1 block to a 24hr grocery store. I would stay here again!

This is centrally located in a great area - grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also just a 10 ish minute walk from the beach!! It’s very easy to get into old San Juan via uber. The hotel manager was very responsive to emails - I always got a reply within the day and even within the hour the two times I had questions. Highly recommend!! Very clean and modern feeling.
