The shower was not clean, had sand it’s rusty tiles are broken around the outside of the shower , mirror is all stain up. The hall way did not have a curtain . Kitchen only 1 small pot, and had ants. The AC is horrible it was very HOT. The out side hot tub was not working at , I paid a lot for this place that it’s not worth it. This place needs a remodel and the outside painted. All Staff were so helpful and so nice .

Resort was not crowded when we went Monday to Friday. Some minor maintenance issues but overall a very nicely maintained property. Most of the staff was friendly but this one tall skinny waitress who didn’t seem to like her job at cafe Bella vista. Everything was clean including the dining ware. It took us over a day to figure out how to walk from the casitas to the main hotel. No one told us because they wanted us to be dependent on the butler service and of course the tips. Great trip overall. Would definitely go back again. The more expensive casitas were definitely worth it. Lots more room n privacy with front door parking. Water park had only 4 rides but no lines so kids were entertained. Food was overpriced but good and clean.

We have stayed at the El Conquistador in the past and loved Las Casitas so much more. It is less busy and much more private. We had the infinity pool to ourselves quite often and we as easy to find places to relax. It was close enough to El Conquistador to still enjoy the amenities. The property is stunning and staff are exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
