This property was thoroughly clean and you could smell the freshness. There was, however, also water damage on the wall and the beginning of mold near the AC. There were also a lot of sirens in the early morning. I really appreciated the separate parking space and think this property is good and inexpensive for a short stay (I was there for one night)

Bathroom: The water pressure is terrible and it took me about an hour just for my hair to get soaked after washing. Something that is on the shower head is also connected to an outlet (SAFETY HAZARD). There was a mini leak in the bathroom and have no clue where it came from. A LOT OF MOTHS Bedroom: Upon arrival the blanket originally set out for us smelled like it was washed and was just sprayed with fabric softener. The pillows were really nice and the bed was super comfortable. After 4/5 days, there was a link in the bedroom as well which was coming out of the wall. ALOT OF MOTHS Kitchen/Living Room: This part was pretty decent and had lots of room. There was even a couch that flattened out to be a bed. If you are okay with ANTS then this should be fine. I had to buy bug spray. Also, the dishes that were there to use were filthy. Miscellaneous: POWER OUTAGE THAT HAPPENS OFTEN. I texted the owner and they dont respond to anything until the next day. Overall: I rate this play 2.5/5. Only come here if you’re coming in and out all the time.

The house is a small studio located in a quiet area. However, there are additional small studios connected. I was under the impression that it would be a full house by itself from the description. The inside of the place was clean. However, there were no small towels and only 1 tissue roll. There were two ladies staying here for 4 days. Therefore, I reached out for small towels, the host stated that there were none at the market after me following up about the towels. In addition, I didn’t receive the tissue paper until the day before check out. I went to Walgreens to buy tissue paper so I no longer needed the tissue paper. Upon leaving I notice that they leave towels, tissue, and paper towels for the next guest on the floor in which I took a picture of. The host displayed consistent communication but there is a lot of things to be done to ensure the comfort of guests.
