This place is wonderful, you can stay there and never have to leave, they have two shopping areas with Molino cafe that is awesome, before you go to explore Puerto Rico, explore the resort it’s got amazing beaches, secluded beach being my favorite one and all the little lagoons, awesome to snorkel. Everything is amazing the concierge has multiple awesome activities that are worth every penny.

My family and I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. The staff was so friendly, they upgraded us to a beautiful Villa, and not to mention all the food at every single restaurant (even poolside bar & room service) was delicious. Already planning our next visit back!

Their food was nice, perfect dinning. The environment is very homy. Pool excellent. The good thing is that they allow flexibility to their clients in terms of food and drinks Just ledt there 25th. The memory lingers....

I have been several times and this place is excellent. The facilités are clean, staff are excellent and go above and beyond to try and help..I've only ever had one issue. But I do recommend this place for anyone with kids. There is always something to do. So I will be coming back and bring more of my family I've recommended this place to people. I still do recommend this , they should make the points (Hilton points) count for this resort
