The grounds and structure of the resort is great, beautiful landscaping. The rooms are spacious, however, our bedding had stains on it and the pillows were not 5 star hotel quality. The beach and pool area are clean and well kept. It was very nice for our family traveling with a toddler.

The costs were much too high for food and drinks. The resort fees are unnecessary since most amenities are not used. Unfortunately no hot tub on premises. Very nice hotel for a family vacation. The main pool is the biggest one in Puerto Rico. There are also two other pools that are more quiet. All three pools have a bar for drinks and food. There are several restaurants at the hotel and you don’t recessarily have to leave the resort to get anything. Nori Asian restaurant and Prime steakhouse were excellent. Recommend climbing up to the Britton Tower at El Yunque rain forest mountain, you can drive your car pretty high up and then hike for about 30-40min to the tower. Bacardi distillery tour is also highly recommended and was fun.

The resort is beautiful and the food in the restaurants is top notch. It’s a large expansive property but the staff is always willing to pick you up in golf carts to get you around property.

Place was amazing staff was great check in & out was easy like the fact as soon I check out my deposit hit my account right there an then .. Only bad thing was the beach not gonna lie water was great warm and calmed but there was alot of reef closer to the shore so I personally didn't enjoy it but yes location location plenty beaches around & restaurant 35 min for the airport 45 min to old san juan it was a great stay still give you guys 10 ...Thank you
