The Hyatt Place is very clean and accommodating. Staff friendly and helpful. Carlos, the bartender is top notch. Only small complaint I had was our room not being ready until approximately 6pm when we arrived. But a manager did comp us for a meal and drink in the bar, so that did make up for that I guess!
