Surprised how modern and nice Milano is. Free coffee, bottled water. Nice and cold temp with PR being so hot and humid. Great location to restaurant and historical San Juan buildings. Def will use again.

The hotel was in a central location to everything. The room was cleaned and air conditioned. The staff were extremely helpful. Overall, everything was beautiful. The only that I would said was missing is a microwave in the room.

I had a late arriving flight and the hotel was gracious enough to contact me and assure me that they had someone staffing the front desk 24/7 and that my late arrival wouldn’t be an issue. The hotel was bright, clean and quiet. The room was small but ideal for two. The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to shops, stores and restaurants. I would stay again on my next visit to the island.

The lobby is under construction now. So, no dining, drinks or food service at hotel. Excellent location. Temperature regulated too cold. Upstairs rooftop in pictures is only for the penthouse to use.

Although the property is in the process of construction to include an on-site bar and restaurant it is very clean and quiet. The room and bathroom are very spacious and updated. (Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable) The checkin staff at the front desk was very informative and provided extras blanket initially as the temperature in the room must remain at the temperature the hotel sets it to. Very safe hotel in the heart of Old San Juan with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it meets all of one needs for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Hopefully they will improve the check in process, we had to wait 1 hour before we got our room after we got to the hotel and it was way passed the check in time. The room was very clean and recently remodeled.

Renovations in the lobby are underway and I’m sure will be lovely. Room was nice, clean, great beds. Aircon all good. The biggest issue was the walls were all bright white with no artwork or color contrast, and because the building is connected to two building on either side given it is in Old San Juan, on the rooms on the street side have windows. So no natural light in our room. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t stay longer u less I had a window in the room.

Our flight got canceled so we had to find a quick hotel to stay for a couple of nights. The staff were very nice and were willing to find many ways to help. However, management was not helpful and were not willing to accommodate our situation. The hotel was under construction so we sometimes would wake up from the noise. Other than that, it was 8/10 experience.
