Clean rooms and the location is perfect! Hotel isn’t fully completed so there are no amenities to enjoy but the location is so convenient to everything in old San Juan it doesn’t matter.

Had a great stay at Hotel Milano. It was so easy to access restaurants, attractions, dessert places cafes, and pharmacies. To top it off, before and during my visit the staff have been incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was spotless and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and the staff very courteous. My only reason for giving it a 4 star is that it is very sterile and could use some decoration. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice stay! We stayed here a few days prior to boarding a cruise and we were able to walk to the boat with our luggage since it was so close. Comfortable bed and linens. Quiet. Friendly staff.

I love this place so much！It's a new hotel just open 6 months ago so everything looks very new. The room is big and has a small living room with a sofa, a coffee table, and some cabinets for storage. House keeping every day and people work here are very nice!
