Hotel was in a great location and the room was very comfortable. The bag was very comfortable and there were a lot of pillows. I had a great sleep! The housekeeping was done each day on my room and it was nice to come back to a fresh room.

Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!

It was very very clean and the staff was very helpful. I do recommend for vacacionars to stay here everything is near you. Also they are remolding the restaurant. But there’s so many places to eat did not mater at the time.

The staff was friendly and the property was very clean. However they are going through a remodel so there were few amenities and check-in took a while because there had been a glitch in the system. I look forward to booking again when the remodel is completed.

This Hotel is located right in the center of old San Juan! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Nightlife, and shopping! El Moro Castle is literally a few minutes away. Hotel is super clean and smells fresh. Anytime we needed fresh towels or if the room needed a refresh they were so fast and accommodated our needs. We stayed for 6 nights, and wished our stay was longer. We most definitely will be back.
