The hotel was immaculate and the staff was always attentive. The free breakfast is amazing. But for lunch or dinner it’s best to go next door to the sister hotel Abitta. You also get a discount there for staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

The room was very clean. It was recently updated. Craftsman ship was fair but acceptable. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There is not a beach view from the hotel. The beach is about 2 blocks away.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, kitchen staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that the hot tub did not work and when asked, I was told they would send somebody but nobody ever came. The elevators are tiny and they took awhile to come, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, close to a lot in San Juan, but felt very safe and the front desk staff was also very friendly,

Yes, the room was clean; however, it smelled very musty. The staff were very good; and, very helpful when needed. The breakfasts that were included were very much to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops; and, any other amenities that we needed. Although, we didn’t use the beach, it was nice that it was within walking distance.

The breakfast was phenomenal—plenty to choose from, not just cereal and pancakes. The staff was very helpful and always answered my questions. I would rate the room cleanliness an 8 out of 10; there was sand on the floor a few times, but aside from that, everything was fine—the towels and sheets were always clean. The only things I didn't like—though they weren't really a problem—were that there was no hairdryer and the coffee maker didn't work. But everything else was excellent; I honestly do recommend it, and if I ever return to San Juan, I would definitely choose the same hotel. Thank you 😊
