We love the staff!! Especially Cristian, Felix & Tatianna! So friendly and helpful will definitely be back to stay. The location was convenient for us and we loved Old San Juan. The rooftop offered beautiful views of the city.

It was really incredible stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they take seriously of your requests (the tv in my room was not working, they ordered a new one and spent 4 hours installing for me) The open bar is soooooo great, unlimited free drinks, coffee, wine etc all the time! The price is sooooooo worth it, we extended our stay due to this positive experience

This hotel is in an amazing location. The restaurants steps away from the property were fantastic. It’s literally right in the heart of it all. Super happy about my choice to stay there. I didn’t partake in the alcohol at the bar, but there was water available everyday, which was nice not to have to stop at a market, or buy bottles while out and about. Sodas were available as well, and ice. So I appreciated all of that.

The staff was pleasant. The tile floors felt moist, but San Juan has high humidity. Wifi speeds were less than 1 Mbps, which was not sufficient. I had to create a hot spot with my cell phone. Make sure you install "WhatsApp" app since that is how they provide you with the pin/code to get into the hotel.

My room was not clean upon check-in. The air vent in the bathroom was full of dust; the shower was not clean, nor was the perimeter or the top of the toilet. I did mention the cleanliness issue, and the vent was addressed. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is PERFECT. The balconette is highly recommended, and the second floor. Enjoy your stay!

This was my second time staying here the first time was an amazing experience. The second time not so much the staff at the bar was mean and miserable she look like she did not want to be bothered we needed water to take to our room she just completely ignored us it was just a awkward situation is supposed to be an open bar we just wanted water . This place is a dump. The bathrooms are like favela village bathrooms. Holes in the wall. Beds were clean. Staff moved me. The showers were just so filthy, I had a layover and stayed at the property, I considered not showering. Showered with my shoes on. Reviews are completely misleading.

The staff was amazing at hotel! It's gives you an old time feel. The bar was a great addition to the stay. There was no elevator but the stairs were clean and had all the safety amenities needed. If I ever go back to Puerto Rico, I will definitely look them up again.
