My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at The Dreams . The staff , especially Gloria the manager, was so helpful . After confirming the address , she even ordered an Uber ride for us to take the following morning to our cruise pier. She also provided locations locally where we could walk for dinner . The room was very clean and the hotel location was perfect .

We were able to find parking miraculously, but we arrived early. The room was really nice and clean and quiet enough. However the neighborhood, walking to find a place to eat, was so gross with garbage on the ground. I wanted to clean off my shoes. Unless you can afford old town prices, there are compromises.

Very good customer service, helpful and always available to help. Room is comfortable but I do want to say they need to keep the hot water on. I arrived late at night and took a shower, and it was killer cold the water. Not use to that. I always use this hotel when I travel thru San Juan and that is the only downside to the stay.
