Our room and the hotel itself were very clean and well decorated. In addition to the relaxing nature of the lobby, the rooftop area, complete with hammocks and tables for lounging was a great experience. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Stayed in May 2026. Very clean, polite and helpful staff, conveniently located. Parking is free and right in front of the hotel, which was really great! Room was always cleaned when requested, we did not have any bugs or lizards in our room, always cleaned sheets and towels. The only thing is if you prefer to sleep in complete quiet, then this is probably not the place for you because the AC unit is in the room and loud.

All in all I had a great stay. The staff accommodated my early check in and late departure requests. The pool is small but lovely. The rooftop is very nice. I liked the size of my room but the bed was very hard my balcony door did not lock. I was offered another room but smaller. Since the property is well fenced, I was not too concerned about my safety. The balcony left much to be desired. I always wipe down my room with my wipes and unfortunately I had to use many wipes when I arrived. The area is great for those seeking a trendy part of the island with others visiting.

The poolside area was so inviting and it was very clean. the AC in our room and everywhere was very comfortable. The people at the front desk were so warm and welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. I love the rooftop; the hammock and the Buddha! This place is a real gem!

Our flight landed after their front desk hours but accessing the property was made very easy and clear instructions were provided. Our room did unfortunately have an AC unit that did not work and blew out hot air and we had to wait until the next morning to speak to someone about it due to our late check in time. The next day when I checked in at the front desk they did their best to get this situation fixed same day. They called a technician to come in and fix the unit however they happened to be away. When they reached out to us on Expedia to check in on us we let them know what was going on and we were immediately offered a solution! They were very on top of the situation and made our stay totally worth our while! We would absolutely consider staying again because the customer service was amazing! The area is already really nice and they offer discounts at a few nearby places to grab some food if you let them know you’re staying here.

We spent one night at the Dream Inn and it was perfect. We asked to drop off our bags before check in and they were responsive and accommodating. Really friendly courteous staff at check in. Very nice to let us wait in rocking chairs with bathroom access until the 3pm checkin when we arrived early. The room was clean and the location is great! The place is urban so it’s noisy. The pool really is more of a plunge pool in size. We didn’t use it. One suggestion is to put more hooks in the rooms. We had a bunch of beachwear to dry.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Not only is the building a brutalist masterpiece, the rooms are perfectly designed, the staff are helpful and friendly without being obsequious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. As well as that, the area it sits in has fantastic restaurants (in particular Tastado for breakfast and Berlingeri for lunch) and is a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Friendly staff. A chilled, relaxed vibe inside. A bit like Fort Knox which I guess is because it's unmanned overnight. I liked the interior, with exposed concrete. Good location close to beach and some shops and restaurants. Short taxi ride from airport. Old San Juan probably too far to walk unless you have the time to do it. The bathroom had no extractor fan and a window that seemed not to open, so remained humid and damp and towels slow to dry. Also some road noise. But would still stay again.
