Loved the ambience was very welcoming and loved the pool. The location was near a beach with in walking distance. And also the food options near by within walking distance were phenomenal! Loved everything about this location! Would definitely recommend it! For couples or solo trip !

When I first booked, I called to make sure everything was OK. They told me that $485 was due when I arrived but I had paid everything on Expedia so I was a little confused about that. Luckily Expedia was able to get everything squared away. Parking is definitely difficult. They only have a limit amount of spaces and you have to get out the car and let them know that you’re here so they can pull down the parking so you can drive up to your parking space is $17 a day which isn’t bad but it’s on a busy one-way road so please have somebody else driving with you so you can run out and let the hotel know you’re here , the property is clean!

Love the earthy atmosphere with the garden. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only recommendation is to provide some more bedroom furniture and kitchen utensils like pots and cups. The kitchen was empty and didn’t serve any purpose.

Clean room, friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had zero hot water. When we called to complain about it and request a partial refund, nothing was done. I skipped my shower because I didn’t want to freeze. Make sure you have hot water before you head to the beach. Very disappointed.

The location is great, the hotel and room were clean. The main issues were the lack of or no hot water and the poor way of making sure the guests that are paying extra for parking actually can use the parking. One of the nights, me and another guest had to park in a parking lot three blocks away due to two non paying guests taking our spots. Instead of the non paying guests being towed, the paying guests had to go outside of property and pay additional fees. I had to complain and threaten to call the owner for the manager to agree to refund me the parking g fee for one night and refund the cost of the outside parking lot.

I have to say that it is the best hotel I've been to in quite a while. Allen, Kayce, and the staff we're excellent. Cleaning staff did a superb job. I felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I plan to recommend this to friends and family that visit Puerto Rico. Also when I return to PR I will be a repeat customer. Ty all! 😊
