The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchenette was a great amenity. They even had lounge chairs in the closet for our use and beach towels. It was our first time in Puerto Rico and we will be back. We've already decided to stay here again!

Great space! 2 small complaints - I got to the location around 1pm. Check in is at 4pm. I tried requesting an early check in but didn't get a response until 8 or 9pm. Last, staying at hotels has spoiled me a bit, it would be nice if there was a small market for water, snacks and other convenient items. Other than that, I had a good relaxing vacation.

It was an amazing room, the view was unbelievable, I got to see mantis and sea turtles swimming in the water from my room window. It was really safe around the area. I was able to have a late night walk with my wife. When I go back to Puerto Rico im definitely staying in Condado Lagoon Villas again.

The condo is close walking distance to so many great places! We had a beautiful view and looking down into the lagoon, we saw manatees right off our balcony. The front desk was great for security. The host responded right away to an internet issue and it was resolved quickly. We had also wanted a coffee maker in the room which it was originally not, but after I asked about it, the host provided one with complimentary coffee.

The room was disgustingly dirty! As soon as we walked in, we thought everything was OK until we took our shoes off the bottom of our feet were black. The floor hasn’t been mopped or swept. The bed itself had stains all over it. One bed had yellow stains with stuff all over the pillow, and the other bed had red stains with stuff all over the pillow I address the issue to the people I booked through and they told me someone will come and clean so we left ran errands and came back when we came back. All they did was make the bed with the same dirty sheets after I addressed the issue again they told me the cleaner said our stuff was on the floor so they couldn’t mop or Sweep and I told them they still made the bed with the same dirty sheets so for the next six days that we stayed there we had to sleep in dirty sheets as many times I address the issue to the people nothing was fixed. The shower had dirt all on the walls. The shower drain was all rusted up with a silver thing just over it to hide the fact that it was nasty and rusty the decorative pillow also filled with dirt and holes they did the bare minimum! 0 out of 10 save your money. It was a waste of time effort and money.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente vista a la laguna y localización. Aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento puedes llegar a uno cercano el cual el “fee” es $10 cuando salgas en el carro. Le puedes preguntar al de “Front Desk” el cual te puede indicar exactamente donde se encuentra el mismo. El espacio del apartamento es excelente. Tiene cocina por lo cual puedes llevar tus cositas si necesitas prepararte algo. Cuenta con estufa, nevera, utensilios y microondas. Aspectos a mejorar: Nuestro “issue” fue la limpieza del apt. ya que el mismo tenía uno de los “boxsprings” con moho y la manta que cubre estaba sucia. Así mismo el baño tenía envase de “body wash” pero el mismo estaba vacio. Si habia “shampoo” y “acondicionador”. Hubo que barrer en un principio ya que el piso no estaba completamente limpio y el abanico de techo sucio. En el apt. había escoba(plus). La comunicación con el “host” fue buena; no obstante con el tema del aire (el cual no te dejan el control ya que hay que dejar el apt en una misma temp debido a la humedad etc) este indicó que me estaría brindando el control al otro día y no me lo brindó. Solo me llamó al día siguiente explicadome lo que ya me había escrito. Pero lo imp aquí fue que se quedó en algo y aunque es muy entendible lo de la temperatura es importante no eliminar los controles sin antes indicarlo(lo que indican es que no cambies la temp. no que el control no estará). Como indiqué: Vista hermosa, centrico y apartamento lejos del bullicio.
