This review is for the upstairs location at City Beach Apartments (note that photos show both locations). This was a single room with a bed and futon, a small bathroom, and a small kitchen area. It was manageable for two people but a little cramped. The rooms are next to a restaurant, so there is noise and music all day and into the evening, but it was never excessive. There is street parking, and I was always able to find a spot relatively close. It was a short drive from the airport and provided easy access to other parts of San Juan and eastern Puerto Rico.

Great place to stay! Near many restaurants and the beach and overall very nice. Please mind that there is some noise from the streets and neighbors but as along as you’re aware of it and are okay with that, it’s a good place! Clean shower and beach towels, but my friend did note that there were some stains on the bedding.

this property is great for a couple, it’s nice, cozy and private, is is also really close to ocean park beach which is a really nice beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. definitely worth staying here and will definitely be back.
