Clean comfortable rooms. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing , and the balcony was also nice to have . Beds are comfy , staff was extremely friendly. We stayed there for 3 nights total, 10/10 would recommend. Very close to the Mallorca place too

Location, friendly staff. I fell on the sidewalk outside on the street and arrived at Casablanca where the staff brought out a first aid kit and helped me clean up my wounds and patched me up. They also brought me ice and everytime they saw me asked if I needed help. Very helpful and caring. Thank you

Some noise from some construction interrupted our sleep but the hotel was gracious in making that right. Wonderful decorated- lots of interesting designs and pictures, great location with staff that was very helpful -especially a lady manager that genuinely cared about our experience and was very helpful in suggestions, parking receipts and food recommendations. The noise keep this experience from a 5 star but their response overcomes that and I would return and recommend.

If you looking for the best hotel in old San Juan with the most amazing roof terrace with hot tub and jacuzzi come to this hotel. Free coffee 24/7 front desk staff 24/7 parking is close by at metropolis for 26 for 24 hours. I regret is checking out to go to a hotel/apartment in Condano. Casablanca is worth every penny i spent at 130 at night.

This hotels location is amazing!!!! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Old San Juan and had our own roof top to enjoy the night life. The room was inviting and the bed was very comfortable. The staff did not seem to notice us as we came and went. They did not ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. Our room was a very nice size. Just an FYI, based on the construction of the building, the rooms don’t have windows. We felt like we were sleeping in a cool dungeon. Which, based on the location wasn’t a problem because all we had to do was go to the roof for amazing views.

Located in a safe and walkable location in Old San Juan, Casablanca Hotel was amazing as soon as we walked in. Great space on rooftops, rooms were uniquely decorated and clean. The staff, location and uniqueness of the property are its strengths. It is an old building that has been turned into a nice boutique hotel. The value is good, the room was clean, although a bit small. The AC stopped cooling the last night there, which was a downer and I am certain the hotel fixed it immediately. They did comp me for the inconvenience, so that put me at ease. The restaurant was under renovation, and I cannot speak to that, but I don't knock them for it since it is an effort to make amenities even nicer. The roof top is very nice.

This hotel is centrally located in Old San Juan. It is an older hotel, but the room is very clean and the area is very safe. I will stay here again the next time I visit.
