Excellent property! The location is very close to Old San Juan, and it has a lot of fun amenities, such as food trucks and a workspace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit is super clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We loved our little apartment and how close it was to both Viejo San Juan and Condado. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Had lovely breakfast at Tostado nearby and Pina Colada right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great communication

Older buildings renovated on the cheap but good decorating and reasonably clean. Bed and bedding could be improved. Would be good for an extended stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to old town but has free parking.

They were attentive, respectful and accommodating. When a storm was coming they upgraded us to a different unit with generators, so we were never without power. The only negative thing I could say is there was no toaster or microwave to warm up food but there was a counter top stove, no oven.

Very clean and nice great customer service, it has all that you need to rest. It would be nice that they add a microwave and more shelves inside the room. At night it was a little loud because of the traffic. But overall it was excellent.

Good experience

The experience was ok. The communication was great and the staff as well. However the apartment was not very clean. The sheets were stained and the pillows were old and not comfortable at all. Also the floor felt like it needed cleaning.

We liked the spaciousness and uniqueness of the apartment. Furnishings nice. Communication was excellent and easy, staff very nice. Rooftop area was fantastic! They take a lot of security measures which makes you feel safe since you are in a residential area. Questioned safety at first but was fine. No microwave, plastic bed coverings made a lot of noise when moving at night. But all minor compared to the rest.

Great stay for our transit in San Juan to cruise

Stayed here with my two teen boys before getting on to our cruise. Have to say the service staff were awesome. We arrived 3AM after delayed Frontier flight from Philly and the lady responded very quickly on WhatsApp and checked us in. During our stay they also helped us with our question on using laundry machine. The room is clean and the sofa bed used by my 12 year old boy was comfortable and better than expected. The setup is pretty basic but the AirCon is cool and place is clean. The Fridge is a plus to store cold drinks. We used the kitchen for breakfast and also made instant noodles for meals very convenient The location is excellent. Right across the street it is two beautiful historical churches. We walked 10 min along the sea view road to Old San Juan and the two Castles no need for Uber. The Supermarket nearby on Google map is closed down but there is a Total gas station where we bought heated burger, snacks and soda just a block away It was 10min Uber ride to our Pan America cruise terminal
