The AB&B has amazing charm. It was very clean and comfortable. It's location is perfect for walking Old San Juan. Centrally located for places to eat and bars to frequent. The staff was also most helpful.

Perfect location! Everything is in walking distance. The room is a room loft and the balcony had view of the bail streets and a glimpse of the bay. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the location & the building was super cute. Staff was responsive & very helpful. Only drawback was that the doors. If you wear acrylic nails take them off before trying to get into the lockbox & if you weigh less than 100lbs understand that you won’t be able to force the doors open, but to be expected in an old building combined with the humidity.

The balcony offered a great view, although it wasn’t as easy to enjoy while seated. Aside from that, the unit was clean, homey, and very quiet. I’m glad I stayed here and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family.

Our stay was definitely a 10/10! The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything was clean and well organized. The shower was large with plenty of hot water available. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to consider upgrading the bed to a Queen or King size for even more comfort. Other than that, everything was perfect — highly recommended!

I stayed with my daughter one night before our cruise, they allowed us to check in early. The room was clean, very nicely decorated, it’s close to La Calle San Sebastián which is really fun. Close to shops and restaurants. Wonderful stay. Thank you Casa Las Ruinas.

Great stay. Beds were confortable and place and rooms were huge. The only scary part was that water will drip from the shower after use. Also, water from roof in a small area but they said it’s common when it rains. Overall stunning place, very clean, safe, in the middle of great food locations and it’s in the heart of San Juan. I literally walked everywhere.

The room was in good condition. Maybe my fault, I did not see the fact that it has no lift - hard for seniors like us. The cleaning staff were very accommodating though. We just picked up stuff we need for the night and our change of clothes for the next day. The worst part though was the fact that the town lost power and Casa does not have generator. So, no we did not enjoy our stay there.
