The location was incredible, the apartment itself had an excellent decor, and you could look right over the main road without having it be too loud at night. Will definitely stay here whenever we return.

The staff working at the property were AMAZING! And the location was very central to everything in old San Juan. So many shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-10 min walk. The cons were that there was a leak in the roof, the comforter had what looked a like stain, The AC in the room didn’t get very cold, the humidity in the room was really bad and left a “wet” like smell in the room. For the price, and how sweet and tentative the staff was, I’d recommend staying here. There were two parking lots within a 10 min walk that were about $20 a day to park

Such a cute and very private hotel right in the heart of San Juan. Very quiet considering the location which I loved and was very clean. it was walking distance from everything literally everything the only uber we paid or was to the airport. it was such a cute place for photo ops as well. The staff were very responsive. There’s also luggage holding area which was very trust worthy in case you arrive earlier than check in

Everything was clean and I had a quiet room. The check-in process was smooth. And you really cannot beat the location in the heart of old San Juan. Air conditioner worked very, very well. It would have been nice to be able to control it as it was too cold for my liking. I stayed one night and I think it’s a very good value. There are seating areas in the courtyard and on the rooftop Terrace that was nice to take in the fresh air.

You’ll probably need something to cover your eyes at night if you want to sleep, because there are no curtains and the light outside stays on all night. Parking is difficult too. The nearby paid parking lots are really expensive, so if you rent a car, you’ll most likely have to park farther away and walk. The room also feels very humid. We went to the beach on Monday, and by Friday our clothes still hadn’t dried. The humidity is pretty intense. The good thing is that you’re right in the heart of Old San Juan, so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in the area. The staff respond very quickly, good communication. Easy access to the property and check-in process.
