The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were nice but the hallways were slightly dirty. There was also no mirrors at least in my room. Location was great super great for walking around and going to beaches.

Big comfortable room with a very comfortable bed! Close to a huge variety of so many delicious restaurants, my favorite area of PR for restaurants! No car needed! Close to everything including beaches, pharmacies etc.. Highly recommend staying here. We even extended our stay.

It wasn’t what the picture showed it to be . Definitely NOT on the beach ! It’s a 2 1/2 block walk to the beach . Rooms were cleaned to the best of the house keeper’s ability but very old place needs updating . The bathroom was the only nice thing in our room . Walls paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING I mean everything. No pool onsite either but you can take a taxi to a sister site if you pay for it .

I haven’t been to PR since the age of 12 yrs old. Being now 31 this has to be the most comfortable and well maintained hotel I’ve seen even compared to the US. This place perfected the vibe for me being back on the island after such a long time. Anna was super sweet and attentive of all my questions and concerns. Such a blessing to have found a tranquil stay especially being in the middle of San Juan

After a terrible experience at a previous hotel, we moved to this one, and it was a complete relief. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were spotless with perfect air conditioning. We felt so safe and comfortable here, and the whole experience was just wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Soon arrival it’s a few small hotels in the area with one person checking in everyone at each hotel. Upon arriving unknowing there would be a locked hotel from the street side. I had to call the hotel to speak to some one not even at the hotel I was checking in and waiting 20 mins before they came to unlock the gate . Getting to the very small room the room was cool which was a plus , the door would not stay closed you have to try a few times before it actually locks .

Staff was helpful. Only thing is there are no safes in the room. Could have more hangers too. Other than that it had coffee and just ask the front desk for an iron. There are fresh towels and it’s a block away from beach and close to all the restaurants. You have access to use the pool and hot tub at the other facilities.
